I am proud to endorse Council Member Josie Reed for re-election to the Centerton City Council.

Josie has served our community on the City Council since 2009 — 17 years of dedicated service to Centerton. Her experience, commitment, and knowledge of our community make her an important part of our city’s leadership.

Her commitment to Centerton extends beyond the City Council. Through her work with the Centerton Chamber of Commerce, Josie plays an important role in promoting our community, supporting local businesses, and helping bring new businesses and opportunities to Centerton.

Josie was also instrumental in helping bring the new MyCenterton notification system to our community, giving residents a convenient way to receive important city information and real-time notifications directly from the City.

After 17 years of service, Josie has proven that she cares deeply about Centerton and is willing to put in the work to continue making our community a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

For more than thirty years, I have known Josie Reed - first as a friend, then as a colleague, and for nearly two decades as a fellow servant of this community we both love. I am proud, without hesitation,

I watched Josie build her career the right way - through hard work, integrity, and a relentless commitment to results, rising through senior leadership at Walmart and other major organizations before turning that same discipline toward public service. Since 2009, she has given Centerton 17 years of steady, principled leadership on the City Council, guiding our town through a transformation few American cities ever see: from a quiet farming community into the fastest-growing city in the entire

state of Arkansas. Let that sink in. Since the 2020 Census, Centerton's population has grown by nearly 60 percent -

from roughly 18,200 residents to almost 29,500 today, making it the fastest-growing city in Arkansas. That kind of growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens because leaders like Josie Reed show up,

make the hard calls, and build the partnerships and pro-business environment that let Centerton win. As Director of the Centerton Area Chamber of Commerce, Josie has spent her career opening doors for local business owners and bringing new investment home to Centerton. On the Council, she has fought for responsible growth, transparent budgets, and infrastructure that keeps pace with the families moving in every single day. She understands something too many politicians never learn: that free enterprise, fiscal discipline, and strong local leadership are what built this country - and they are

exactly what is building Centerton. I have seen Josie Reed's character up close for thirty years, in good times and hard ones. She is honest. She is tireless. She keeps her word. And she loves this city as much as any person I have ever
